- Funded over 600 loans for almost $19 million dollars.
- Provided pre-purchase, post purchase, financial literacy and foreclosure counseling to over 15,000 individuals.
- Funded 6 down payment assistance grants for a total of $15,000. Funded $538,700 in rehabilitation and second mortgages.
YouthWorks
- Invested over $8.3 million in youth employment skill building.
- Employed over 1,600 "emerging" youth
- Registered with Department of Labor as an apprenticeship program
- Listed under Salt Lake City School district as approved career and technical education (CTE) worksite
- Program cited as "evidenced based" by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) and the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP)
Housing Development
- Developed more than 5 acres of blighted land
- Constructed 105 new homes
- Rehabilitated more than 500 homes
- Secured 5 acres for future development
Commercial & Economic Development
- Facilitated $30 million of construction and economic development
- Invested $18 million in a mixed use/mixed income development, CitiFront, to create 155 rental units and 13,000 square feet of retail space.
Resident Development & Events
- Conducted Cultural Diversity Training for over 70 area community council representatives and local nonprofit organizations.
