Rachael Skidmore - YouthWorks Director

Rachael joined NeighborWorks Salt Lake in April 2011 as the organization’s YouthWorks Director. Rachael completed her schooling at Utah State University with a Bachelors of Social Work. Rachael brings over four years of working with at-risk teens and young adults from various volunteer and employment positions. She currently serves as a member on the Utah Board of Juvenile Justice as Utah’s “Do the Right Thing” Program Coordinator. She has served two years as an AmeriCorps member at Uinta Academy and at The Road Home.
