If you are thinking about buying a home, you probably have many questions – How much house can I afford? Am I ready to buy a home? What if my credit is not perfect? How much are the monthly payments? NeighborWorks® Salt Lake can help you answer these questions, and many other questions!

Buying a home can be an intimidating process, but NeighborWorks® Salt Lake is here to assist and guide you through the process. It is our goal to see tenants become successful homeowners, and are glad to assist to ensure your success. The Home Buyer Education course will help participants learn about:

Credit
Budgeting
Shopping for a home
Mortgage types
Insurance
Closing documents

The cost for Home Buyer Education classes are $15.00 per household.

This class is held the fourth Saturday of each month. Class may be cancelled if less than five attendees.
