If you are thinking about buying a home, you probably have many questions – How much house can I afford? Am I ready to buy a home? What if my credit is not perfect? How much are the monthly payments? NeighborWorks® Salt Lake can help you answer these questions, and many other questions!
NeighborWorks® Salt Lake offers a Home Buyer Education course that will teach you how to wisely manage your finances and realize your dream of becoming a homeowner. The Home Buyer Education course will help participants learn about:
• Credit
• Shopping for a home
• Mortgages
• Insurance
• Closing documents
The cost for Home Buyer Education classes are $15.00 per household.
