Rendon Court

NeighborWorks Salt Lake broke ground in 1998 and completed in 2000 what is now known as Rendon Court.  The development  contains 12 new single-family homes located in the Guadalupe neighborhood. 

Rendon Court is the second development completed by NWSL. The development is named after Rosemarie Rendon, a woman who dedicated her life to the Guadalupe neighborhood.
