The Pugsley Street Development comprises of 9 newly constructed single-family residences on a formerly blighted street to complement 6 rehabilitated homes.

In 2000, NeighborWorks Salt Lake (NWSL)  and the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) of Salt Lake City partnered to begin the Puglsey East project, which consisted of six existing homes that were rehabilitated and redeveloped.

Puglsey West was another collaborative project betweenNWSL, the RDA, and the Salt Lake City's Housing and Neighborhood Development Division to construct nine new single-family homes on a formerly blighted street.  This development features high quality homes

that were carefully  designed to blend seamlessly into the existing surrounding neighborhood.
