Found the home of your dreams? Make your dream of owning a home a reality with a downpayment assistance grant from NeighborWorks Salt Lake.
Grants are available for homes purchased within the NWSL serivce area: 1700 South to the Salt Lake/Davis County line and I-15 to the Salt Lake International Airport and in Murray City.
Additional Requirements
Be a first-time home-buyer
Have $1,000 minimum downpayment (this can include earnest money and appraisal costs)
Setup a meeting with our mortgage loan originator
Attend a HUD-approved homebuyer education class. NWSL does offer classes in-house and online at www.ehomeamerica.org
The home must be owner-occupied
