Down Payment Assistance (DPA) is designed to assist low-to-moderate income (LMI) households in need of funds to cover the required down payment and/or closing costs for the purchase of a home.
We provide down payment assistance products to qualifying buyers. There are a limited number of grants/loans funds available each year and are subject to funding and program guidelines.

The Midvale City Redevelopment Agency’s DPA program — a crucial lifeline for aspiring homeowners. Our program features a 5-year forgivable loan/grant with 0% interest, offering financial support of up to $25,000 or up to $30,000 for Midvale residents or employees of a public entity operating within Midvale.
